I highly and enthusiastically endorse TransCare Transportation Services to anyone requiring transportation services within the state of NC. I would not hesitate to use them for all transportation services. They provided outstanding care to my husband Pastor Garrick Brown, a quad-amputee US Army Veteran and met or exceeded all of our requirement for prompt, professional, safe, and reliable transportation in regards to all of his transportation needs and requirements.

 

I truly appreciated the ease of working with Ronnie Hickmon and his colleagues. He or a member of his staff was available 7 days a week and they never failed to provide the required vehicles. Additionally, he provided superb service with a professional and personal interest in the needs, concerns, care, and safety of my husband that made it an extreme joy and pleasure to work with him and his company as well as instilled a sense of peace and confidence in the fact that my husband was being transported to his various appointments not only in a timely fashion but with the utmost care, safety, service, and attention to detail in regards to my husband’s transportation needs.

 

Finally I must mention professionalism. It was a pleasure to work with a company where I was assured that transportation assets would be where I wanted, when I wanted it, and at reasonable costs. Once again I highly recommend TransCare Transportation Services and would not hesitate to use them again.

I thank your company again for all your quality service to the community. A few years ago, when I needed transport services your team was very courteous and did all they could to make the transport a pleasant experience.

I would like to share one example out of several pleasant experiences.

On our last transport, we had to go to a Dr Appt at WakeMed, which was schedule on our wedding anniversary, which is today 5/5. The driver to the van. On the way home, my husband mentioned to the driver it was our anniversary. The driver found a song on his cell phone and played it for us as a celebration. The driver made what would have been an unpleasant day experience and made it extra special day! I no longer have my husband to celebrate with, but I have that pleasant memory of a driver that cared enough to do something extra special for us!
